Our Spirits
志凛艶昂 (Shi Rin En Ko)
これはマツダ・3代目RX-7（FD3S）の開発コンセプトとして掲げられたキーワードです。
FD3Sの開発主査であった小早川隆治氏の座右の銘でもあり、「志ありて 凛々しく 艶ありて 昂むる」という意味が込められています。
もともとスポーツカー開発で掲げられたスピリットですが、同時に、私たちが目指す自治会活動の姿でもあります。

Vision
地域の未来に「想い」を持つこと。
住民一人ひとりの願いや理想を形にし、活動を通じてその志を共有する。
造り手の想いを感じるクルマのように、「誰が」「何のために」行っているのかが伝わる自治会でありたい。

Allure
人を惹きつけ、心を和ませ、思わず関わりたくなるような「艶（つや）」を地域に。
行事や交流のひとときが、暮らしに光とぬくもりを添えるように。

Exhilaration
活動を通じて生まれる「熱」と「誇り」。
見る人・関わる人すべての心を高揚させ、次代へと受け継がれる力を育む。

To inspire pride and passion that live on through generations.
We find joy in the very act of creation and connection.
Ko
志（Vision）を掲げ、
凛（Integrity）として行動し、
艶（Allure）をもって人を惹きつけ、
昂（Exhilaration）によって心を高め合う。
地域をつくることもまた、ひとつの「創造」である。志があり、凛として、艶やかに、そして昂ぶりながら――
人と人とが響き合い、新たな価値を生み出していく営み。
それこそが、私たちのまちづくりの原動力です。
This spirit, once embodied in the creation of the Mazda RX-7 by Chief Engineer Takaharu Kobayakawa,
resonates deeply with the way we build our community today.
