白鳥台自治会の会長として、令和3年度より地域運営を担い、「Impression & Satisfaction（印象と満足）」を基本理念に、住民が誇りと愛着を持てるまちづくりを推進している。Chairman, Hakuchodai Neighborhood Association ? Fumiyuki Hata
Since FY2021, Mr. Fumiyuki Hata has served as Chairman of the Hakuchodai Neighborhood Association.Guided by the principle of “Impression & Satisfaction,” he promotes a community where residents feel pride and a sense of belonging.
取組の概要
就任以来、地域行事の再活性化、防災啓発、環境美化活動などを積極的に展開。
自治会50周年記念事業では、熱気球体験や打ち上げ花火など、当地では前例のない企画を実現し、住民の期待を超える驚きと感動をもたらした。
これらの取り組みは、クラウドファンディングを活用した新しい地域運営モデルとして注目を集めている。
Overview of Activities
Since taking office, he has actively led community revitalization, disaster-prevention awareness, and environmental beautification initiatives.During the Association’s 50th Anniversary Project, unprecedented events such as a hot-air balloon experience and a fireworks display brought excitement and inspiration beyond residents’ expectations.
These efforts have been recognized as an innovative model of community management utilizing crowdfunding.
情報発信・地域連携
デジタル化にも積極的に取り組み、SNSを通じて自治会活動や行事予定を発信。
従来の回覧板とオンライン媒体を組み合わせた「ハイブリッド型地域広報」を確立し、世代を超えた参加と共感を生み出している。
Communication & Community Engagement
Embracing digital transformation, Mr. Hata actively shares updates and event information through social media.By combining traditional circulars with online communication, he has established a “hybrid community information system” that fosters intergenerational participation and engagement.

その根底にあるのは、座右の銘「点滴穿石（てんてきせんせき）」の精神である。
小さな努力の積み重ねが地域の未来を切り開くという信念のもと、穏やかな人柄と行動力をもって地域の持続的発展に力を注いでいる。
Leadership Philosophy
At the core of his leadership lies the spirit of his motto, “Tenteki Senseki” ? “Even a drop of water can carve stone.”Believing that steady efforts create the future, he continues to lead the community with composure, determination, and a deep sense of purpose.

清掃、防災、祭り、地域交流──すべての活動は、人と人をつなぐ架け橋。

「正鵠を射る自治」を掲げ、誠実に、情熱をもって。
